just recieved my unlooper and programmer from tmc when i plug the unlooper in it lights up and i try to flash it and it keeps saying its having trouble connecting com port???? any1

also plugged in programmer and nothing any1 help???

it was the package i bought its a bit different to the unlooper on its own???
